Who is this for?
People who've already planned a trip and want to spend less on it. I'll provide a second pair of eyes on the cost of your trip: transportation, accommodations, activities, food, and more. As long as you have a rough idea of where you're going, when, and what you want to do there, I'm happy to help. The more specific your itinerary is, the more savings I can find for you.
Who isn't this for?
If your trip is already fully booked and non-refundable, I won't be able to help you find meaningful savings. If you purchase a trip review and I'm unable to find you savings, I'll provide you with a refund.
What destinations do you specialize in?
I'm happy to take a look at your trip no matter where the destination is. I've planned many kinds of trips before, both to places I've been and places I haven't yet. That said, I have the most experience planning small group travel (1 to 6 people), and the most specialized knowledge for United States destinations, US National Parks and amusement parks, New Zealand, Costa Rica, and Iceland.
Do you book anything?
No. At the moment I don't book any part of your itinerary for you. I'll provide the booking links for you to complete yourself.
How do you choose what to recommend?
Every recommendation I make is chosen on the best available price and vetted for quality, safety, and reviews. I'll only include referral links if they are genuinely the best deal available, and I'll note it if I do.
What format should my itinerary be in?
Any format works for me. Screenshots, a Google Doc, a photo, a paragraph from your Notes app, forwarded confirmation emails. The more detailed your itinerary is, the more savings I can find for you.
What if you can't save me anything?
If I go through your trip and can't find a single change that saves you money, I refund the fee in full.
What counts as one trip?
One continuous itinerary of up to 15 days, with as many stops as you like.
Longer trips cost extra. For each additional week, meaning 1 to 7 days beyond the 15:
- $15 on the cost review
- $50 on the full itinerary review
Two separate trips are two reviews. In either case, I'll email you the total before I start, and you can decide what works best.
Are you just using AI to create your reviews?
No, I write my reviews by hand. I use AI alongside Google when I'm digging into a destination, but every recommendation in your report is checked and written by me. That said, I'm happy to review your AI-generated itineraries too.
How does the video call work?
It's part of the $99 review. When I send over your report, I'll include a link to book 15 minutes with me on a day that suits you. We go through the changes together, you can ask whatever you like, and afterwards I'll send a final version with anything we decided on the call.
Are you a travel agent?
No. I'm not licensed and I don't hold anyone's money or sell travel. I'm just really passionate about finding deals and saving money on travel!
What happens to my uploaded itinerary?
I read it, write your review, and keep it for 90 days in case you have questions. Then I delete it. I keep the report I wrote, with personal information removed, as my own record of destinations and prices. I don't share any of it with anyone or with AI.
Will your price stay the same?
I'm launching my business with no customer base or advertising, so this is my starting price while I build things up. If I do gain traction (which would be amazing!), I'll probably raise the price at that time. If you buy now, I'll guarantee this starting price for you for the next 3 years!
What's your refund policy?
Full refund if I can't help with your trip after you've paid, if I miss the 48-hour turnaround, or if I can't find you any savings at all. Once you've received the trip review, it's yours and the fee is final. See the terms for more information.
